Descriptions:
(1) Cage frame system acts as the structural support of the cage body, consisting of a beam, beam hook and buckle, other support and so on. For 8 layers and below, the middle support is processed by bending the entire piece. For more than eight layers, processed in two sections. The size of middle support is 40mm*30mm, thickness: 1.8/2.0/2.5(according to the number of tier). Material is 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy, zinc layer thickness: 275g/m², (Al l0%, Mg 3%). The head and tail supports are 40mm*30mm* 2.0 mm rectangular tubes. All of them are designed to ensure structural stability, capable of bearing the weight of tens of thousands, even up to over one hundred thousand birds.
(2) Farmrob’s manure removal system can help you efficiently and thoroughly transport waste out of the house. Designed to prevent belt deviation and clear accumulated manure effectively, it substantially reduces ammonia emissions at the source and suppresses the growth of harmful bacteria. This results in a comprehensively improved housing environment for better flock health and productivity.
(3) The double water line design ensures an ample supply of drinking water equipped with clog-resistant nipples. Each tier features a pressure regulator to maintain consistent daily water availability. Filters provide clean, healthy water for the flock. Additionally, a dedicated backflush device enables direct discharge of wastewater from the waterline to the exterior, maintaining hygiene and keeping convenient.
(4) The patented egg lift utilizes a high-strength chain drive, ensuring smooth and consistent operation with an low failure rate. It maintains a breakage rate of below 0.2%. Equipped with defective egg filter and diversion device.
