The H-type chicken rearing equipment is increasingly being adopted in modern poultry farming. The H-type model is better suited for large-scale operations with 20,000 hens or more. It can offer excellent rearing conditions and more efficient management than the A-type cage.
Cage frame system
The cages, available in two sizes (1.8m x 0.65m or 1.26m x 0.65m), are constructed from Al-Zn alloy welded mesh for superior rust resistance and a smooth, burr-free surface. The middle supports are made from high-strength Al-Zn-Mg alloy sheet for enhanced durability. Elasticized wire meshes provide both bird comfort and a soft landing for eggs, while the overall open design ensures optimal ventilation throughout the system.
Automatic manure removal system
The belt manure removal system keeps the air inside the house fresh, reduces bacterial growth and improves the flock survival. The belt run smoothly and stably with high efficiency motors. Injection molded driving roller make sure that manure belt belt will not deviate from the right position. Front spiral roller help remove accumulated manure. The soft, replaceable double scrapers thoroughly cleans the belt without damage, ensuring a long service life. The belt support features raised edges on both sides to effectively contain manure and prevent spillover.
Egg collection system
After laying, eggs are automatically transported by egg belts and collected by an automatic egg lift. The egg belt with large friction automatically transmits the eggs to avoid collision of the eggs. Eggs are collected through the egg collection lift with stable operation and failure rate.
